Kevin Cross
Managing Director of Cerberus California, LLC and a Senior Vice President of Ableco Finance California, LLC
Mr. Cross joined the Cerberus Companies in 2004. Prior to joining the Cerberus Companies, Mr. Cross was a Managing Director and member of the National Corporate Finance Committee at Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin from 1995 to 2004, where he was responsible for managing advisory assignments for private debt and equity placements, mergers and acquisitions and distressed situations. From 1991 to 1995, he was an Assistant Vice President in the Merchant Banking Group of Sanwa Bank. Mr. Cross is a graduate of the University of California at San Diego.

Peter Eschmann
Managing Director of Cerberus Capital Management and Vice President of Cerberus Business Finance, LLC and Ableco Finance LLC
Mr. Eschmann joined the Cerberus Companies in 2004. Prior to joining the Cerberus Companies, Mr. Eschmann was a Vice President in the telecom, media, and technology corporate banking group at Deutsche Bank from 2001 to 2004, where he worked on bank financing transactions. From 1999 to 2001, he worked in the asset based lending group at Chase Manhattan Bank, where he was responsible for managing a portfolio of middle market companies. Mr. Eschmann is a graduate of Boston College and received an M.B.A. from Fordham Graduate School of Business.

Michael Grenier
Managing Director of Cerberus California, LLC and Senior Vice President of Ableco Finance California LLC
Mr. Grenier joined the Cerberus Companies in 2004. Prior to joining the Cerberus Companies, Mr. Grenier was a Senior Vice President at Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin from 1998 to 2004, where he was responsible for originating, structuring and negotiating advisory assignments related to private placements of debt and equity, mergers and acquisitions and special situations. From 1993 to 1995, he was an Associate at ING Equity Partners. From 1992 to 1993, he was an Associate in the structured finance department of Continental Bank. Mr. Grenier is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and received an M.B.A. from UCLA.

Jeffrey Scott
Managing Director of Cerberus Capital Management and Senior Vice President of Cerberus Business Finance, LLC
Mr. Scott joined the Cerberus companies in 2003 after completing business school.  Prior to joining the Cerberus companies, Mr. Scott worked as an Associate at Antares Capital Corporation from 2000 to 2001, where he was responsible for underwriting cash flow senior loans and equity co-investments.  From 1997 to 2000, he worked in commercial lending at American National Bank (now part of JPMorgan Chase), where he was responsible for originating and underwriting middle-market deals.  Mr. Scott is a graduate of Wheaton College and received an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.

Jonathan Malkin
Senior Vice President of Cerberus Capital Management and Vice President of Cerberus Business Finance, LLC and Ableco Finance LLC
Mr. Malkin joined the Cerberus Companies in 2006. Prior to joining the Cerberus Companies, Mr. Malkin was an Executive Director in the Leveraged Finance Group of CIBC World Markets from 1999 to 2006, where he was responsible for structuring and distributing leveraged loans, mezzanine financings, private equity and structured finance products (including CDOs). From 1997 to 1999, he was an analyst in the loan group of CIBC World Markets. Mr. Malkin is a graduate of Brandeis University.
