Daniel E. Wolf is a Managing Director of Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. and President of Ableco Finance LLC. Prior to joining Cerberus and Ableco in 1997, Mr. Wolf was Senior Vice President for business development and a member of the credit committee at Congress Financial Corporation, the largest asset-based lender in the country, where he was active in loan origination and distressed investing. Mr. Wolf previously worked in the middle-market-lending group at Irving Trust Company and as an analyst for the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. He is primarily responsible for new business origination, underwriting and debt syndications. Prior to joining the Management Company Mr. Read was a Managing Director at CIBC World Markets from 2005-1995, where he was a member of the Leverage Finance Operating Committee and Deals Committee. At CIBC he was responsible for the private finance business including distribution for structured finance products including CLO's and CBO's, mezzanine financings, leveraged finance, and direct fund raising. Prior to joining CIBC in 1995, Mr. Read was an executive vice president at The Argosy Securities Group.
