Keith Read
Managing Director of Cerberus Capital Management and Senior Vice President of Cerberus Business Finance, LLC and Ableco Finance LLC
Mr. Read joined the Cerberus Companies in 2006. Prior to joining the Cerberus Companies, Mr. Read was a Managing Director at CIBC World Markets from 1995 to 2005, where he was responsible for the distribution of structured finance products including CLOs and CBOs, mezzanine financings, leveraged finance and direct fund raising. From 1993 to 1995, Mr. Read was an Executive Vice President at The Argosy Securities Group, a boutique high yield advisory firm. From 1991 to 1993, he was a Managing Director at Barclays Bank. From 1989 to 1991, he served as a Vice President at Bankers Trust. Mr. Read is a graduate of the University of Utah and received a master’s degree from the University of Utah.

Mark Neporent
Chief Operating Officer, General Counsel and Senior Managing Director of Cerberus Capital Management, Cerberus Business Finance, LLC and Ableco Finance LLC
Mr. Neporent joined the Cerberus Companies in 1998. Prior to joining the Cerberus Companies, Mr. Neporent was an associate and a partner in the business Reorganization and Finance Group at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP, a New York City-based law firm, from 1986 to 1998, where he did extensive work on behalf of the Cerberus Companies. Mr. Neporent has over 27 years of experience in the high-yield finance, distressed securities and bankruptcy/reorganization business. Mr. Neporent is a graduate of Lehigh University and Syracuse University College of Law. Mr. Neporent is a member of the Cerberus Capital Management Investment Committee, Credit Committee, Compliance and Risk Management Committee, Securities Compliance Committee, Valuation Committee, Allocation Committee and Brokerage Committee.

Jeffrey Lomasky

Mr. Lomasky joined the Cerberus Companies in 1994. Prior to joining the Cerberus Companies, Mr. Lomasky was the Chief Financial Officer of New Street Securities from 1992 to 1994. From 1990 to 1992, Mr. Lomasky was the controller of Drexel Burnham Lambert and from 1989 to 1990, he was the Chief Financial Officer of European activities for Drexel Burnham Lambert. Mr. Lomasky is a graduate of Bernard Baruch College. Mr. Lomasky is a member of the Cerberus Capital Management Investment Committee, Compliance and Risk Management Committee, Valuation Committee and Allocation Committee.

Seth Plattus
Chief Administrative Officer, Co-General Counsel and Senior Managing Director of Cerberus Capital Management, Cerberus Business Finance, LLC and Ableco Finance LLC
Mr. Plattus joined the Cerberus Companies in 1994 as one of its first investment professionals. Prior to joining the Cerberus Companies, Mr. Plattus was an investment banker for The Blackstone Group from 1990 to 1994, where he analyzed and negotiated principal investments and represented debtors and creditors committees in restructurings and reorganizations. From 1986 to 1990, he worked as an attorney at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, specializing in mergers and acquisitions and restructurings. Mr. Plattus is a graduate of Cornell University and the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Mr. Plattus is a member of the Cerberus Capital Management Investment Committee, Compliance and Risk Management Committee, Securities Compliance Committee, Valuation Committee, Allocation Committee and Brokerage Committee.
